Your whole restaurant in one app: orders at the table, tickets to the kitchen, VAT-ready bills, stock and money — on the phones you already own.
Built for every kind of food business
One system, front to back
Cloudora Kitchen joins the floor, the kitchen and the office. An order taken at the table becomes a kitchen ticket, then a bill, then a line in your sales — and the stock it used comes off the shelf by itself.
From a single café to a group with several branches, everyone works in the same place with the access their role allows.

Everything in one place
Billing, kitchen, stock and books in one place. Turn on what you need today; the rest is there when you grow.
Waiters take orders on a phone and add items mid-meal. Dine-in, takeaway and delivery in one list.
Orders reach the kitchen board instantly and print on the thermal printer, round by round.
Discounts, 10% service and 13% VAT worked out for you. Split bills and pay part on credit.
Draw your floor, see which tables are busy, and move an order to another table in a tap.
One menu for dine-in, takeaway and your QR code. Guests scan, order and call a waiter.
Recipes take ingredients off stock as you sell. Purchases, transfers and low-stock alerts.
Expenses, supplier bills, payments and who owes you what — the daily ledger keeps itself.
Sales by day, hour, dish and payment method. Export to Excel or PDF in one click.
Digital stamp cards on the guest’s phone, rewards they redeem on the bill, and every regular known by name.
Ask in plain words — “how did we do today?”, “what should I reorder?” — and get answers from your own numbers.
Day book, expenses, journal entries, supplier bills and a one-tap close of the day, balanced to the rupee.
Invite staff by email, set what each role can do, track what each person sold and what you owe them.
Kitchen
No running back and forth with paper slips. Every ticket lands on the kitchen board and prints on the thermal printer — then moves along as it's cooked.
Stock
Set up what each dish uses once. Every sale takes it off the stock, purchases add it back, and you see what's running low before service starts.
Finance
Sales, expenses, supplier bills, staff salaries and customer credit sit in one set of books. Close the day in one tap and hand your accountant clean reports.

Yes. Bills carry your PAN, number themselves in order, and work out 10% service charge and 13% VAT. Voided bills stay on record, marked void.
Most waiters are taking orders within minutes. Each person only sees what their role allows, so the cashier never sees the books.
Raise a support case from inside the app, or message us on WhatsApp. Every request gets a case number and is tracked until it’s solved.
Pay by Fonepay QR or bank transfer, and we switch your plan on the same day. No card needed.
Pick a plan, or stay on Free. Your menu, orders and reports stay where they are.
Yes, on Premium and Enterprise. Each branch keeps its own tables, stock and sales, and you see them all together.
Coming soon to Premium. Ask in plain English — “how did we do today?”, “who owes on khata?” — and it answers from your own numbers, with a button to act. You can also attach a supplier bill and have it entered for you. Your data is encrypted and stays private to your restaurant. At launch, Premium includes Rs 500 of use a month, with top-ups any time.
